The six apartments, obtained by the renovation of the family property house finished in 2003, are situated in three floors, two in each floor.
At your arrival you will be received by the owners Claudia and Alberto who will be at your complete disposal during yourstaying.
Our apartments
Five apartments right and spacious
The apartments are big and bright two-room apartments, and two of these are in attic.
Every apartment is equipped with a private bathroom, a large double bedroom, a well accessorized kitchen with a studio couch and an external balcony with mountain view. The two apartments of the first floor are equipped to house disable people. Every apartments are provided with free WI-FI, satellite TV, drying rack, sheets.

The laundry is in co-use and has a washing machine, flatiron and ironing board.
On request it is possible to use the children kit with cradle,high chair, little bath tub and changing table. Guests have free access to the garden equipped with tables, swing, beach chairs and umbrellas. The private parking is free.
Close to the apartments you will find a mini market and a bar restaurant pizzeria.
In the area you will also find a tobacconist and a typical products shop.
The building is also located in a strategic position for all the activities to be carried out in Bionaz: the structure is in fact located a few meters from the start of the cross-country, snowshoeing and winter/Nordic walking trails. Behind the structure there is also a small Snow Park and, again a few meters away, adjacent to Lake Lexert there is a small playground.

Small corners to discover
Lexert Lake: few meters far from the building is located a magnificent lakesurrounded by the wood, a well-equipped picnic area and a recreation ground for children with naturalistic themes
Place Moulin Dam: one of the biggest Europe’s dams: the fascinatingartificial lake long 6 km is one of the principal attractions of thisplace.
Montagnayes natural reserve: a protected area where you will find hectares ofwood and many specimen of animals and plants.

During the summer there are many activities to be carried out immersed in the quiet of nature that gives this small Alpine village, like very long walks of all kinds of diffuits.
During winter, one of the peculiarities that distinguishes Bionaz from other mountain countries is undoubtedly the absence of ski lifts, which has made it possible to preserve the territory in its splendid naturalness.
During the summer
This little alpine village offers many activities to practice immersed in the nature, excursions of different difficulties: from simple walks in the close wood to the excursions in the old and abandoned mines and to the discover of rustic villages of Bionaz, rich in history and tradition.
For those who love mountain excursions Bionaz is the ideal place , known for the magnificent and numerous valleys. From trekkings in alpine refuges of Prarayer, Crete Seche, Nacamuli and Aosta, where you will try a very nice lunch, to trekkings in bivouacs and hill countries, to experience the real mountain life. During the walks you will meet flora, fauna and suggestive alpine lakes. It is the perfect base for climbing and alpinism.
A Nordic Walking Park with different paths, well signed, will allow to practice this new and fascinating discipline, ideal to keep fit and to reconcile body and soul.
During the winter
One of the particularities that characterizes Bionaz from other mountain villages is the absence of ski lifts, that allowed to preserve the territory in all of its splendid naturalness. In Bionaz the secular discipline practiced is cross country: a 6 km long track, with paths of different difficulties, extends across the wood. To enjoy the suggestive winter panorama there are numerous signed paths for snowshoes to reach panoramic points. For those who love new adventures there is the Winter Nordic Park, where you can practice Winter Nordic Walking, a captivating discipline suitable for all! All along Bionaz is the base for numerous and spectacular excursions with alpine skiing.
Close to the apartment is situated a ski rent, owned by the family, where you can rest not only cross country equipment, but also snowshoes and bobs. Claudia and her daughter Daisy, instructors of Nordic Walking can teach this nice discipline and will furnish all the equipment.
For those who want to discover the real life of the village, the traditions and the old professions never waned, Bionaz inhabitants offer their guest the possibility to take part to guided visits to family farms ( where you can try their genuine products), and sculpture workshops of the local handicraft.
